Our exclusive trout caviar, crafted from freshly harvested Rainbow Trout eggs, is seasoned with sea salt and delicately smoked using fine, aged Bourbon barrel wood chips. This process involves a gentle cold-smoking method. The eggs are meticulously treated in a chilled environment, almost at freezing point, ensuring a gradual and safe infusion of smoke. This technique enhances the caviar's flavor without overwhelming the natural taste of the roe, leaving a memorable impact on the palate. The subtle smoky essence of our caviar complements a variety of dishes, including appetizers, fresh oysters, and cream cheese bagels, as well as a range of meat and seafood preparations. Each batch is carefully hand-packed and undergoes a thorough inspection for color, size, freshness, taste, and texture, ensuring an unparalleled culinary experience.
For our online retail customers, we currently provide Free Shipping within the United States, except or Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands.
