Shipping

  • Free Next-Day Shipping for Perishables: We prioritize fresh, high-quality products and offer complimentary Next-Day Express shipping within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), parts of European Union, and Canada. for all orders that include perishable items. Please note that Next-Day shipping applies to the entire order, even if it includes non-perishable items. For orders containing only non-perishable items, we offer standard 2-day ground shipping.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Clients in Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional $50 surcharge due to the very high overnight shipping costs for perishable items.
  • Delivery Method: We prioritize freshness and quality. All orders are carefully examined and photographed for quality control by supervisors prior to leaving our warehouse. We then ship via Next-Day Express carriers like FedEx and UPS to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition.
  • Tracking Information: All orders receive a tracking number for easy status updates.
  • Packaging: Our sealed and insulated boxes are designed to maintain freshness during transit. Additionally, packages are clearly marked "Perishable" for quick identification upon delivery. We use a combination of dry ice packs and gel ice packs, depending on the specific needs of your order, to ensure the proper temperature is maintained and the integrity of your product remains intact.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders by 2:00 PM PST (Mon-Thurs): Ship same day for Next-Day delivery.
  • Orders after 2:00 PM PST (Mon-Thurs): Ship next business day.
  • Orders Received Fri-Sun: Ship on Monday or the next business day (excluding holidays).
  • Saturday Delivery is available in major metropolitan areas and based on availability. Contact us at contact@dorasti.com or give us a call at 866-291-9983 for a possible Saturday delivery fee and coverage in your area.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

  • Guarantee: We guarantee all products are thoroughly inspected and fresh before shipment. Each product is examined carefully and photographed by our supervisors. 
  • Contact Information: If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@dorasti.com with your order number, photos, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We are not responsible for refunds on perishable items (caviar, truffles, sea urchin) that were:
    • Not collected upon arrival.
    • Left out of refrigeration after delivery.
    • Damaged due to customer negligence.

Exceptions and Exchanges

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In rare cases (acts of God, extreme weather, etc.) that cause shipping delays, we may offer an exchange for the same product.

  • Exchange Requirements:
    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@dorasti.com to request an exchange.
    • For our internal investigation we may ask you to return the original, defective item(s) using the provided shipping label within 3 business days.
  • Dorasti Rights: We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the damaged product is not returned promptly or if the returned item is not received. In such cases, the customer may be charged for the original item.
